Ready for another outfit of the day post ?! Here we go !
Today I will be talking about tartan .According to Daily Mail and Glamour Magazine :

It is true, everyone is embracing the new trend .However ,before you run out to the stores and purchase your own tartan print items; why do you not have a look into your mum's or even your grandmother's closet ?! Tartan has been on trend before so they will most likely own something you can use ! For example I found this skirt that my mum (yes my mum) used to wear when she was in here twenties.
Its an authentic Scottish kilt!! I chose to pair it with a simple jumper, a collared shirt and leather booties to create a cute school-girl look.
Nevertheless,for a more modern approach to the tartan trend you could easily wear a similar skirt with a plain white t-shirt and a black leather jacket .
