A DAY IN LONDON

Hey Salala people hope you are well and all enjoying easter holidays !!Mine will be full of revision as my final exams are coming up! Nevertheless , I am allowed some fun inbetween.Right? So on Thursday I went to London for the day!! I havent been for ages so I was super excited.I got a daily pass of the underground and made sure to use it as many times as possible.Initially, I walked around Hyde park.Must admit I was really lucky with the weather as the sun was out and everyone was wearing their shorts sleeves.Afterwards,I obviously visited Oxford street for some shopping. All the shops are massive and fully stocked.First time I could find all of my sizes in the things I liked. If you ever visit oxford street you definitely have to go to Topshop and Selfridges.I am warning you,you will probably get lost as they are really big.I also managed to see the westminister house and the london eye!! In the end had some drinks with my pal that now lives in London (we are so jealous of her...).Was nice to just to catch up over a glass of wine:)
Here are just a few pictures of my day.

Have a lovely day

Statement Pants

Hello lovely Salala people!! Actually excited for today's post as I will be showcasing my newest bargains! By searching a while for the perfect outfit for my little cousin's christening I realised that family occasions can be tricky to dress up for. The reason is you don't know if the dress you have chosen is too short or the blouse you going to wear to low. Basically we are all aware it is essential to keep exposure of flesh at minimum and look like we say in UK 'proper'. So for those tricky occasions the Salala way suggests a blazer, statement pants and high heels!!
The light pink blazer ( the IT colour of this season) believe it or not was purchased from Primark for £10. Still, it looks so classy and polished and lets be honest more expensive. The trick is always go for a size bigger in blazers in that way the overall fit will look more elegant. Now the trousers
were bought just the other day from H&M for £12.99. Every
Salala girl should have a pair of statement pants. They make any outfit look trendy and youthful. The good thing is you can dress them up ( as I have done with heels) or down with just a pair of flats and a denim jacket.
The white blouse is also from H&M just £14.99 again a must have item. The pointed  heels are from NEXT.Ladies let me tell you they are so comfortable. If you are looking for a smart pair for interviews or special occasions I definitely recommend
 them.

How do you think I looked? Please leave your comment and your blog link to follow back.
