THE HAIRCUT

Hello lovely Salala people. Today we are talking about 'The haircut' everyone seems to be going crazy about. I am sure you have all noticed - and if you haven't I bet Kim K has made you to pay attention- that the haircut of the moment is definitely a medium one length (just above the shoulders) bob.
It is such a shame I had exactly the same look 1 year ago!!! Grrr why does it have to be in fashion now!!

I recently had a haircut but it's the first time ever that I have managed to grow my hair relatively long thus you will not see me sporting this look any time soon.
However that doesn't mean I don't like seeing it on other people as
it's such a refreshing, youthful and versatile look. Plus ideal for the summer season that is creeping up as its so easy to keep up.

Let's see how fashionistas and celebs are keeping up with this trend.

The length of my hair at the moment

So Salala people if you wanna a change chopping of your hair is what you should do as a true fashionista!!

I am Currently watching the newest episode of The Only Way is Essex (ie TOWIE) haha.

Take care, have fun and enjoy your week
xoxo

THE PERFECT RED DRESS- MY TOP 5 PICKS

Hello Salala people. Again I missed my Sunday promise !! I had prepared this post on Sunday morning but somehow forgot to publish it, how silly am I?oopppps

Anyhow in today's post I am showing off my valentines look. No surprise it was a hot red dress I purchased from Lipsy a while ago . I also wore my new favourite lipstick : russian red by MAC!! (I definitely recommend it along with the Cherry MAC liner.

No Salala people unfortunately this year I didn't have a valentine's. Howeverrrrrr all the single people from work decided to have a fancy meal and then just enjoy ourselves (ie get drunk) in town. I am so glad we came up with that plan otherwise it would have probably just been me, in my flat eating chocolates and watching romantic movies...shhh

Of course girls a red dress is not only appropriate for Valentine's so I have added my best picks for you to consider for your next crazy night out :

MAKING MEMORIES

Hello Salala people!! Our usual Sunday post is one day delayed I am soo sorry!
But I do have a valid reason.
My best friend from Greece (the one I haven't seen for 2 yearsss) came to visit me and we had a great weekend together. We went around Bristol and Bath , we ate , we drunk ,we gossiped and obviously took loads of selfies.
It's weird that with some people in your life even though you haven't interacted with them for a while when you do meet up its like no even one day has gone by.
You both feel at ease and comfortable as you know each other so well.
Its time to realise salala people that at the end of the day its not about the likes you get on post, what brand is your bag, if your snapchat has been viewed from your ex, if the cute boy in the office likes your new haircut ,if you are fat or skinny, if you should stare at kims insta account one more time, if you should go on tinder, if you should feel bad for that one night stand , if you should have one more drink(blah blah as the list can go on for ages)....

It's all about those precious moments you need and MUST make with your favourite people.Even if you live miles apart I suggest to meet up with them.
Take that long weekend off and just go and make some new memories!!

Aww and my best friend (her name is Afrodite) doesn't drink... But hey I made her have a few the below picture says it all ;)

Thank you for reading yet again.

FUR BARGAIN

Hello Salala people !! Do you by any chance remember my January promises? I said I will not shop and I will stay sober. Well I can't lie to you... those plans went down the drain just after a few days ha.
Aww well it's February now!!This month is going to be super busy. I have an exam (for the qualifications I do whilst working) , a valentines date and a trip to Brussels with my Manchester gals.
I can't wait!

Today I am talking about this fur bargain I purchased in Zara. It's so soft and I am in love with the cream colour. Something different from the usual winter black coat.
The fact that is cropped means I can pair it with my favourite high waisted items.

Buy the look here :

Find this beauty  HERE only £15.99 from £69.99

Thank you for stopping by yet again.

NIGHT OUT GLAM

Hello Salala people and welcome back!! Today we are talking about night out glam. From clothes to shoes to make up. Yeap the whole lot!!

What do you usually wear when you go out? When I was in uni it was all about a mini dress and  super platform heels. Now there is more thought process into it. For example, I tend to prefer longer figure hugging pencil skirts and elegant one-strap heels along with a clutch bag.I think that's because my style has matured just a little (I am still 22 guys!!) .I like to expose only one part of the body. So its either , legs, boobs or tummy NOT all at onceeee.

For today's look I was actually inspired by the one and only Kim K. I got a loose white ASOS top I tied it into a knot and paired it with a black lace bra. This combo is something I will sporting in the summer time with bright coloured lace bras and a good tan (that I will make sureeeee to have;)

Also here I am showing off my new MOTEL ROCKS pencil skirt. Believe it or not I sometimes wear it in work along with a buttoned up shirt and a waist belt.So ladies a pencil skirt is a multi-purpose investment.

For hair I couldn't decide between a loose behind the ears look or a low ponytail.

In regards to make-up Salala people after loads of attempts and youtube tutorials  I am happy to announce that I have finally learnt how to contour my face! There has been a big buzz over the last year  about  contouring even though its  a trick that make-up artists have been using like forever.  Many girls will pick two different hues of face make-up to define their bone structure. However , I stick to one shade of foundation Rimmel London wake me up (my saviour!!) and then start enhancing my cheek bones  with the darkest shade of the Sleek make-up pallette; I purchased from Boots. For mascara I stick to my favourite Hypnose Doll Eyes from Lancome and for lips I start with a maybelline liner and fill in with my Elizabeth Arden dark lipstick.

JANUARY WISHLIST FROM ASOS

Hello Salala people. Here I am its only the first week of January and I am already lusting a few (non-discounted) items. What can I say a girl is allowed to dream. I have set myself a limit this month as I spent way toooo much on Christmas shopping. So the list below even though it consists of fairly priced clothing is only a Wishlist girlsss (I PROMISE ha!)

ASOS £36 find it HERE

I am in love with this a-line off shoulder baby blue dress mostly because its so versatile. I can be wearing it with killer nude high heels and gold accessories in a night out or even with flat leather sandals and walking along in a Greek Island.

                                                           ASOS £28 find it HERE

I am in desperate need of a boyish but yet girlie shirt and this one is exactly what I was looking for. I would be tucking it in my favourite high waisted denim jeans or layering it under an oversized jumper.

ASOS £24 find it HERE

Well this front wrap jersey top is sashy but without showing tooo much skin.It will look amazing with white shorts, a blazer and high heels (You can tell I love dressing up for nights out!!)

PRINTED SKIRT

Hello Salala people!! Happy New Year hope you have all enjoyed your holidays. I certainly have!!  This was the first Christmas in 3 years that I managed to get time off from work. Whilst I was a student I was working in Selfridges and as a result I had to work throughout the festive season and yes on the most hated day in retail :BOXING DAY. I must admit I appreciate my office based job even more when I think I didn't need to interact with customers going crazy and literally fighting over discounted items.

So instead , for the last two weeks I have been going out drinking and eating excessively. But I have decided January will be a detox month . Yeap Salala people with this post I commit myself to a whole month of being 100% sober...(lets see how that goes) .

Today I wanted to show off one of the skirts I have worn many times now during this autumn/winter.

A turtle neck or a jumper along with a printed skirt is one of my go to looks. So girlie, playful and classy all at the same time.

Used my new selfie stick for these shots by the way ha!
